At NNIT Soft Tech, we value transparency and clarity in all our engagements. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made through our Razorpay payment gateway for training courses and consultancy services.
Once payment is successfully received for a training course or consultancy program, your enrollment is confirmed and the sessions will commence as scheduled. No separate email or WhatsApp confirmation is sent; the act of payment itself is considered confirmation.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable once enrollment is completed. We do not provide refunds for training courses, consultancy sessions, or digital services after payment has been made.
This policy ensures that resources, trainers, and schedules allocated for you remain uninterrupted and fair to all participants.
In case you are unable to attend a scheduled training or consultancy session, you may request one reschedule within the same calendar month (subject to trainer availability). No fee will be charged for this change.
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as duplicate payment or transaction failure. In such cases, please email us at nimish@nnitsoft.com within 7 business days of the transaction, and we will process the refund after verification.
