At NNIT SOFT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we value transparency and clarity in all our engagements. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made through our Razorpay payment gateway for our online training, consulting, and mentoring services.
Payment confirmation constitutes service confirmation. Once payment is successfully received for a training/consultancy/mentoring program, the purchase is confirmed and service delivery begins immediately (for example, access is enabled, slots are reserved, work is initiated, or digital deliverables are shared).
Our training, consulting, and mentoring services are digital services. All payments are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and enrollment/service initiation occurs. This ensures reserved slots, trainer allocation, scheduling, and immediate commencement of service.
Because our services are delivered digitally and start immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not support cancellations after payment is completed. After service delivery has started (including where access is granted or deliverables are generated), you agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for “service not received”. If you face an issue with delivery, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
For training or consultancy, you may request one reschedule within the same calendar month (subject to trainer availability) at no additional charge.
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate payment or where payment is debited but service could not be initiated due to a verified technical failure. In such cases, email nimish@nnitsoft.com within 7 working days of the transaction with the Razorpay payment ID and receipt ID. Once verified, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
