These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by NNIT SOFT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), including online training, consulting, and mentoring services delivered digitally. By enrolling or engaging our services, you agree to the following:
We provide digital services such as online software training, consultancy, mentoring, and related professional services as listed on our website. Details of schedules, scope, deliverables, and mode of delivery are communicated before enrollment or engagement.
All payments are processed via our Razorpay gateway. The payable amount and currency are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Payment confirmation constitutes service confirmation. Once payment is completed successfully, service delivery begins immediately (for example, access is enabled, slots are reserved, work is initiated, or digital deliverables are shared).
Our services are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed once initiated. You acknowledge that, due to the nature of digital service delivery, access and effort may be consumed immediately after payment confirmation.
As per our Refund Policy, all payments are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, except in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical payment failure.
You agree to contact us first for any service-delivery issue so we can investigate and resolve it. To the extent permitted by applicable law and card network rules, you acknowledge that once service delivery has started after successful payment confirmation, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes on the basis of “service not received”. This does not affect refunds for duplicate payments or verified technical payment failures as described in our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
